
These are my suggestions for items to always have with you then you have the kids. Items will vary on the age and quantity of children.
I no longer carry a diaper bag. Now I carry a large messenger bag. I have a small purse (for quick get-a-ways) with my wallet, cash and breath mints. I can grab and go, leaving my big bag in the car.

- 2x as many diapers as you think you need
- 2 or 3 changes of clothes
- Zip lock bags (to hold wet/soiled clothes)
- Empty bottle (even if you are nursing)
- Binky’s – 3
- Bibs
- Spit cloths
- Snacks
- Small, sealed water bottle in double ziplock bag
- T-shirt for you
- Small purse (for quick get away!)
- Tissue
In the bag:
- Bored bag
- Insurance Card
- Wipe
- Pads/Tampons
- Chap Stick
- Sunscreen Stick
- Small Purse
- Snacks
- Disposabile Sippy Cups
- First Aid Kit
- Plastic Dinnerware
