I use a cosmetic size bag as a first aid kit. I always have it in my purse – I have very accident-prone kids and friends. Here is what I keep in my kit:

• Antibiotic ointment
• Band-Aids - various sizes
• Blister Band-Aids (trust me, get a couple)
• Tweezers
• Nail clippers
• Sewing kit (the hotel ones are perfect)
• Nail file
• Bee Sting stick or wipes
• Epi-pen (for Bee or Nut allergies)
• Eye drops
• Benadryl
• Key size multi-tool
• Laytex gloves
• Triaminic cold/cough strips
• Safety pins
• Dental Floss
• Duct Tape
